Our Contemporary and Lyrical classes are our main technique classes. These classes will focus on building a strong foundation in basic ballet technique, and will also allow for more natural, free movement in the choreography.
All Lyrical/Contemporary Classes perform in our 2 annual shows!

Tights, leotard, tutu optional, shorts are ok over leotard/tights. Form fitting tee/tank with leggings ok too. Hair pulled back please!
Beginning Lyrical/Ballet class for ages 7-9. We will focus on introducing basic ballet movements and learning how to hear the flow of the music. Freedom of expression through dance is encouraged in class.

As the students are progressing through their dance training, they will be working through some basic technique as well and be given the opportunity to challenge themselves in new ways, every class. Improv will also be introduced in this class.

As the students are progressing through their dance training, they will be working through some more advanced technique and be challenged in new ways as well as moving through techniques at a faster pace. This class will be more challenging and dancers should be ready to improve regularly to enhance that skill.
