Technique is a basis for all dance forms, just like ballet! Our technique classes are used as a way to help students grow in their dancing without having to take time in class to learn a combination. These classes will be filled with lots of stretching, conditioning, across the floors, tricks, turns, leaps, all to improve the dancing of our students. These classes will not be performing in our shows. They are simply used to increase technique and dancing at a faster pace.
Strength and Flexibility is a class for the dancers looking to go the extra mile and improve their conditioning, flexibility, and endurance in all one class! Students should be ready to challenge themselves. *Required for all soloists, duos, and trios for competition.
