Modified Movement is a 45 minute mat based workout that pulls training concepts from barre, Pilates, Yoga, and HIIT fitness and slows them down with a focus on great posture, correct form and the unique needs of each individual in class. Each class follows a format of time spent warming up, big movements using the strong lower body muscle groups and then settling on the mat to work the trunk and upper body as well as plenty of time stretching to encourage flexibility and restorative energy
