Barre Fusion is a 55 minute fun yet challenging hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of other forms of fitness such as yoga, strength training, and Pilates. We will focus on good form, small movements, and repetition to achieve a low impact, high intensity workout that will leave you feeling great! Barre is great for the whole body but specifically targets the core, glutes (buns) and legs. All movements are available in a range of modifications so anyone can participate and meet their own goals for success.
